Ian and Michaela sit down with Charlie from AllPress coffee to talk about the history of the company, how their decaf coffee is made and some of the new products they have launched. 

In the first of two shows, in association with Arthritis Self-Help network (AsNet) charity, based in Redbridge, Ian Chambers met Jay and Sophie, each diagnosed with Arthritis in their 20s.

Their first conversation was about their journey to an Arthritis diagnosis.
