In the first of two shows, in association with Arthritis Self-Help network (AsNet) charity, based in Redbridge, Ian Chambers met Jay and Sophie, each diagnosed with Arthritis in their 20s.
Their first conversation was about their journey to an Arthritis diagnosis.
This is part of a National Lottery Community Funded project "Keeping Connected"
